Licensing
Groupix mobile application and service is provided under the terms of the general Apple End User Licence Agreement: http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/.

Privacy
We regard all account information that you provide to us to be confidential and this information will not be divulged, except as required by law. Note that our servers reside in the U.S.A. Photos uploaded to public albums will by definition be accessible to the public. If you do not want the photos to be visible by the public, please enable the privacy password. Take care as to who the password is divulged to and how it is passed to them. Note the gallery links are publicly accessible, although it would be difficult to guess the address of any given gallery.

Copyright
Kuubee does not claim any ownership rights to the content that you have posted on our service. Please do not upload material for which you do not own or have the permission of the owner to post. Material that violates copyright will be removed on request.

Inappropriate Content
We would like maintain a community-oriented service. Please do not post post the following types of content:

* Pornography and Obscenity
* Hateful content
* Violence

Generally, use your good judgement as to what is appropriate. Specific content will be reviewed by Kuubee upon request and removed if we deem it to be inappropriate.

Commercial Use of Services
We do not allow commercial use of our services. If the primary purpose of any posted material is deemed to be commercial, it will be removed.

Unlawful Use of Services
Our services should not be used for unlawful purposes. Your account may be terminated and you may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
